When Jin and Jung Kook were asked, "Which dish would you recommend to ARMY who want to make Korean food at home?" they both answered: "Kimchi jjigae!" ✨ And now I can see why, it's comforting, flavorful and surprisingly easy to make at home 🥰 How to cook : 1.Julience the onion into 0,5 cm thicknstrips and slice the green onion diagnonally jnto 0,2 cm thick pieces. Then cut the kimchi & beef into bite sized pieces 2.Add the cooking oil to a pot and heat it. Add the kimchi and beef, then stir fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add water and bring it to a boil 3.When the water starts boiling, add the onion, minced garlic and kimchi juice.
