Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, curry powder, paprika, dried chives, and the crumbled stock cube. Cook for 4 minutes. Add the chopped onion, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper and cook for another 3–4 minutes. Add the crème fraîche and grated cheese and mix well until combined. Let the chicken mixture cool completely. Deflate the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls. Roll out a dough ball into a round sheet. Place a slice of cheese on one half and spoon some chicken mixture on top. Lightly moisten the edges with water, fold the dough closed, and press the edges firmly to seal. Brush the rolls with milk and then coat them in breadcrumbs. Place the filled dough pieces on baking paper. Let rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
