I loved what I thought Arnold was, turned out he’s just another media star controlled opposition so to say. Bought/funded by Israeli lobbies and he didn’t give a crap about teaching us real bodybuilding, made up fake workouts and lied about how to gain muscle properly. Mentzer didn’t lie. Mentzer knew exactly what kind of man Arnold was, calling him out on it and He scared Arnold because of this.
