Context: Money is tight and Francine wants to get rid of Stan's SUV and replace it with a hybrid car so they can save money on gas. Stan wants to keep his SUV, and in his efforts to do so, he stumbles into a Roger scheme. Roger owns a champion-caliber racehorse that he has been drugging with sedatives so that it keeps underperforming. He's doing this to drive the odds of it winning way up until the championship race where he will let the horse race at full performance and win. Stan agrees and helps Roger take care of the horse. Roger tells Stan that the horse needs a "full release" and Stan does it, only for Roger to reveal that he was joking. This traumatizes the horse leading to this exchange. In the end, Stan uses CIA technology to swap his mind and the horse's mind so he can race in the horse's body and win fhe championship.
