Y’all I take this it actually does make your skin look better it took me roughly 3 weeks before I saw a change but I only took one a day so…… I switched to the micro ingredients brand to see if it works better but I just started it so idk yet.

been doing nmn for about 5 months. i take it every morning on an empty stomach. no noticable differences to me skin. i do feel that my body recovers faster. im middle age and havent had major back pain since taking it.
