This is the most decadent donut I’ve ever made. Built using some of my favourite HexClad essentials, from the new Hybrid Milk Pot for glazes and fillings, to the Vacuum Seal Mixing Bowl Set for prep and the Cookware Set for everything in between. Having the right tools made creating every layer smooth, precise and a whole lot more enjoyable. Inside you’ll find layers of cocoa baba dough, hazelnut praline, salted caramel, chocolate mousse and dark cherry, all wrapped in a glossy dark cherry mirror glaze and finished with an edible chocolate rose.
