Phewww wow, just got word today that my optometrist wants me to have cataract surgery soon we’re setting up the appointment, but the big issue I have hemophilia. And what that being said any kind of surgery I’m gonna swell. I’m wondering if my eyes are gonna get crazy and if I’m gonna have to take a bunch of medication for this

You look pretty young to have cataracts. I was young when mine started to develop. I’m actually having surgery on my left eye today. My right eye was done in 2019. I’m only 48. How old were you when you noticed you had cataracts?

I heard that you just can't like bend over past your heart in regards to the cataract surgery and not lift more than maybe 15 lb. and now you're saying to lay down on your back look at your phone. is this correct?

It’s gonna be so hard for me. I have a toddler I need to pick up. I’ll figure out a way but to let it be that long. That’s a long time. I thought it was only three days. Good luck to you. Thank you for the information. It helped a lot.

I can sleep on either side after mine as well. I was one day out and went from 20/70 to 20/40. I only wore my patch at bed time. The worst part is the drops 3x a day .

I haven’t had mine yet. But they said you could return to your normal life the day after (sans lifting and makeup)
