This literally just happened to me. I filed an HR complaint 2 months ago and now I’m on my final written warning despite having no prior write ups or corrective actions. I’ve tried to reach out to HR and anyone who would help but no one is getting back to me. The work environment is so hostile, I’m having to put my two weeks in without being able to find another job first😳

We get a 15 minute break but we half to deduct the 5 minute walk time each way so you get a 5 min break if your late wrote up

what if your boss is aware, and continues to employ the person who is extremely toxic & us disliked by EVERYONE...even if the boss openly admits, she lost good staff over this person...when it's actually been said to you...when you mention work place bullying, she doesn't interact with you anymore, and calls you painful, to other staff members...

@t:I got fired from my job for letting them know that I need the day off and I give him 24hrs and two weeks and month notice so they can get someone to cover my shift head of time and top of that I have disability and I was doing special Olympics thing and I told him that I have to go to special Olympics national in Minneapolis Minnesota for USA special Olympics game and he fired me for that and @t:I live in Albuquerque New Mexico
