Who is Gideon? :
It is called a weak hyoid. This is caused by terrible posture and incorrect tongue positioning. You can help this by pushing your tongue against the roof of your mouth (behind your teeth in the little divot). Also look up chin tucks. They will help you strengthen your hyoid and help with your side profile. Do these exercises all while doing the correct tongue positioning. Hope this helps.

I have that and when I find myself feeling insecure about it, I look up historic paintings of women. For centuries, artists have loved the soft jaw. It makes me love it too.
