Beneficial sana is either abolish the CPD Law, or required lng sya sa renewal ng non-practice of PRC License, example Professional Teacher ang LICENSE, pero working as Administrative Officer (indirect sa teaching)

Ang purpose kase ng CPD is to ensure that teachers (and other professionals) are up to date with latest trends, theories, strategies, and concepts regarding the teaching (and other) profession. Hindi kase sapat yung nagtuturo ka lang sa classroom and hindi ka updated sa mga changes palibhasa may plantilla na or permanent na ang contract. Dapat may ongoing development pa rin dahil for sure yung methods applied 10 years ago (even 5 years ago), hndi na gaanong ka-effective dahil nagbabago ang bawat batch ng learners.

Maganda Ang Purpose Ng CPD na Batas ni Sentri para keep updated ang iba sa mga bago about their Professions at refreshment na din ... kaso Ang masama ginawang Negosto Ng mga CPD providers .... sobrang mahal Ng fees nila

Ok na sa akin ang CPD, pahabain lang ang validity. Marami namang nag ooffer ng free cpd points tulad ng DICT.

in the 1st place dpat naman wla ng CPD. Kc pinaghrapan n ntn ung pagpasa sa board exam. ung iba inabot ng ilang take bago nakapasa.

Sana may online courses po na ibibigay ang prc like sa US pra hndi mhhrapan ang mga professionals na mag renew.Sana din po hindi gnun ka mahal kase grabe ang bayad and konti lng ang cpd units na mkukuha
