Mine is much worse : i start feeling numb in my whole body especially the side I'm not sleeping on to the point i feel as if someone is pulling me, and it whispers but not understandable words just whispering. no matter how much i try to move or do anything i don't move at all for more than a minute 🥲

mine is way more scary here's my experience: whenever I open my eyes I feel like a dreamcore flashy light is lightning up the room and a doll like figure who is weird odd seems to be standing there...

I can't express that how much helpless I feel my self when I see danger Infront if my eyes and I can't even scream I can't move my hand everytime I scream internally and everytime I wish that someone hear my internal scream and distract me but I loose
