Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s leaking from the oil pan gasket, oil cooler lines, front crank, rear main, and valve cover gaskets.

5.3 eats oil all the time lol. my recommendation is to check oil weekly!! coz they burn oil!!! I've owned 5.3s and 6.0. they do the same all the time
