A real can even help those that have no bone structure. But you do have to train your muscles in your cheeks to hold them in, but doing a real at home is super easy, just Make sure your dentures are completely dry.Use alcohol to wipe out any residue.Then let them sit there.I let mine sit for a good half an hour to dry completely before you do the relay, have to be a little bit quicker on getting it in your mouth when you have the thicken liner and then keep them in your mouth for at least a good 5 minutes, then set them on the counter and let them dry a little bit before you put them in water. I Keep them in the water for a good half hour.Take them out, trim the excess off.And then put them back in the water.Do not I repeat, do not add denture, cleaning tablets of any kind in that water.Because it will make the liner soft and come out pretty quick. But once they have been completely dried and set, you can use your denture tablets again. Usually, I wait 24 hours in mine last 34 months before I have to do it again..And if they have a bad taste, put them in soda water.
