@fixingpain: Getting to work with @barbellabuilds — diving into the quadratus femoris, the most distal of the deep six external hip rotators. This muscle originates at the lateral border of the ischial tuberosity and inserts into the intertrochanteric crest of the femur — and the sciatic nerve runs right underneath it. When this muscle is restricted, it can compress that nerve and create hip, glute, and posterior leg pain that doesn't respond to typical treatment. Releasing it is a game-changer for hip mobility and external rotation — especially for athletes who are constantly loading through that range in the gym and on stage. #IfbbProBodybuilding #DeepSixHipRotators #HipMobility #SoftTissueTherapy #SciaticNerveRelease
