Give extra love to mama. As a mother who had a baby in the NICU the feeling of having your baby in your belly, feeling them kick and then being told you cannot hold them or take them home WITH YOU is a feeling a mama cannot explain. I cried every day, multiple times a day until my baby was finally home.
