Yep, MLM. Heard from a friend of a friend that to earn money, employees have to either recruit people to attend courses about marketing or join the company as recruiters. And of course, getting people to attend these courses pays peanuts compared to recruiting people into the scheme itself.

They are the no base salary low commision pyramid structure “marketing” company that does roadshows/ door to door sales. Very scammy. It’s a pyramid mlm that forces their “employees” to recruit more under them

They sell singtel services. I sign up with one of the sales and then no reply no follow up. Very bad service and a lot of excuses. As a business owner, i need to keep chasing them, end up i sign up with singtel directly

PLEASE READ THIS: I joined this company recently after graduating while waiting to start uni and I wanted fast cash. Based on my experience, David and Goliath operates very similarly to an MLM organisation. There is no base salary and pay is fully commission based with managers TAKING 10-20% of the commissions earned by those under them. The company was very vague about their operations during recruitment and I later found out that the work mainly involved disturbing businesses and going door 2 door to sell telco plans 😭The environment also felt very cult like and they would only talk to you if you’re one of their “high rollers” Thank god I left early. If they approach you an offer from them or any affiliated companies I strongly encourage you NOT TO JOIN. The people there are really manipulative.

saleswork, david & goliath all mlm companies they do Charity, Moomoo and Telco (starhub) where they make their people under them wear full business formal to doorknock and convince people to switch telcos or stand on the street to ask for donations and they take like a 40% cut only 50-60% goes to charity, moomoo prolly the only ‘legit’ one

yep it is MLM, ppl that join these companies are pretty much brainwashed into thinking it isn’t. They do target fresh grads the most unfortunately. The whole structure and environment is so cultish, i was part of that, got out of it last year. 🥹

Omg stop I literally went for an interview with N*can0r in March/April¿ and then I fell sick afterwards so he didn’t follow up with me via call on whether I was accepted or not… I’ve always known that they’re damn sus about the “performance based salary” that I had to ask my sister for advice and she said not to go for it so yah. Thank god I fell sick and he couldn’t contact me (more of like I ghosted him…)

Company is just a cult, people there are super brainwashed thinking it isn’t It runs on a mlm like structure where they earn 10-20% of the total sales of the people they hire which is why they are always forever hiring. They target fresh grads from poly/uni if not students who are waiting for uni and they will even convince u to give up going to uni to stay in their company. owner is also a cheater who hits on his employees as well though hes attached super sleazy.
