@adamhoad_coaching: 💾 Save this recipe for later HERE ⤵️✨ 🍨 High Protein Vanilla Mousse Recipe (3 servings) 🛒 Ingredients: 🥜 80g cashews or almonds 🥣 450g 0% Fage Greek yogurt 🍯 1 tbsp honey 🌱 60g chia seeds 🌼 2 tsp vanilla extract 🥛 80ml semi skimmed milk 💪 1 scoop whey protein powder 👨🍳 Method: 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Divide evenly between 3 serving pots and top each one with 20g chia seeds. 3. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or overnight, until thick and mousse like. 4.
