I get his intent, which is fine. However, until you’re in management, you don’t understand why his deals aren’t good for the store. If you’re a salesperson, then you’ll just be an order taker for his minis. lol

Between MN, TX, AZ, and NV I have yet to find a dealership that isn’t trying to Fk the consumer in one way. If dealership gave a car deal on cars and trades Delivrd wouldn’t exist.

Situational Laziness :
Having dealt with dealerships a lot in my 20+ years of buying and selling.. sooo many dealerships are stuck in the 1990s thinking people can't just shop the closest 20 dealerships to find what they want. Tommy provided a great service for those who don't want to deal with the stress themselves. But as he says, he doesn't have a magic wand and anyone could be doing the same thing he does. dealerships need to realize that they're not the only one selling cars in the world.

I buy used cars from small independent lots because I hate dealing with dealerships so much. My wife drives a new car. It was a miserable experience buying it. I wish she would just drive older used cars like I do, but she gets to decide what she wants. Buying used with cash is so easy and straightforward. I don’t know why dealers have to screw with you so much.
