I had the same problem with brushing my teeth try switching your toothbrush for a toddler toothbrush it helped me

i believe indigestion is the food isn't being digested properly and causes pain....heartburn is the gasses in the stomach rising into the esophagus....and reflux is the acid in the stomach rising up into the esophagus. one remedy i feel works for heartburn is a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.....sucks going down for sure but once it gets to your stomach it doesnt burn anymore. if gasses are rising it means you don't have enough acid in your stomach so the vinegar adds some.
