Here are three dogs LIVING their best lives today because someone took a chance on them when everybody else yelled “euthanize, euthanize euthanize.” This isn’t a competition. This isn’t about credit. This is something I am truly passionate about. Anybody who knows me can tell you that animals have always been my thing. Growing up, I wanted to be a veterinarian. Life had other plans and for a long time I felt lost. But somewhere along the way, God led me right back to where I was supposed to be. Rescuing animals has brought me closer to Him than I ever imagined. For years I wondered why I never heard God the way other people said they did. I listened and waited, but never understood. Now I hear Him loud and clear through these dogs. He says, “Fight for them.” And that’s exactly what I do. Euthanasia is NOT always the answer. Look at these innocent souls. Look at them now. They are loved. They are safe. They are thriving. They are alive because someone refused to give up on them when it would have been easier to walk away. I truly believe this is my calling.. to fight for the ones the world gives up on too quickly. The scared ones. The broken ones. The neglected ones. The ones nobody else sees value in. I make these posts because I enjoy sharing their stories. Not for attention. Not for recognition. Not for praise. I want people to see that the most neglected dog can become the most beautiful soul. I want people to see that love can heal things that once seemed impossible. I want people to understand that sometimes all an animal needs is ONE person willing to take a chance. Because every life matters. Not just the adoptable ones. And sometimes the dog everyone else gave up on becomes the dog that changes everything. So here’s to Miracle, Nobie, and Phoenix.. the dogs that survived what should have killed them. The dogs that prove euthanasia isn’t always the answer. The dogs that are living their best lives today because someone chose to fight instead of give up. Miracle is still with me currently. THANK YOU to everybody who donated to get her the surgery she needed! She is seriously the best thing I never knew I needed to cross my path! (the first words to me were euthanize her) Nobie is still alive today because Tupelo-Lee Humane Society! They didn’t see her color, they didn’t see her breed. They saw a dog needing to be saved and they have stood beside me to fight for this baby to get to her forever family (which might take time but we KNOW there’s someone waiting for her out there!) I’m so thankful for Mandie Patrick / Dena Stanford 💗 (the shelter page is on Facebook! Go follow and support them!!) Phoenix (whew😭) i fought so hard for this baby!! Everybody kept telling me to “euthanize” i was making her “suffer” but just look at her NOW! All thanks to Southern Pup!! She saw a baby in need of saving and she didn’t hesitate!! God definitely knew who to place in Phoenix life and I’m truly thankful for you Alice!! I could never repay you but I know God will ALWAYS provide!!
