Nothing screams comfort meal more than a pot of chicken & rice soup😍 make it & thank me later😋  RECIPE: Begin by finely dicing: 2 celery sticks  2 carrots Half of a white onion & green bell pepper  To a large bowl, add 4 cleaned chicken breasts and season to your liking, I used 1 tsp each: Garlic & onion powder Italian seasoning  Paprika  Black pepper   Natures seasoning    Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to your chicken to help the seasoning stick & then in a large pot on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of @Kerrygold USA garlic & herb butter, allow to melt & then add your chicken breast. Let your chicken brown on both sides for about 6-7 minutes before removing (they will finish cooking in the soup). To the same pot, add your veggies along with 1 tbsp of minced garlic, butter & 1 tbsp of all purpose flour. Let cook for 5-6 minutes before adding 5 cups of water & 1 32oz box of chicken broth, mix well. Then, add 1 tbsp of roasted chicken better than bouillon paste along with the same seasonings you used to season your chicken (add to your liking). Place your chicken breast back into the soup, cover & allow to cook on medium heat for 30-45 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream (or enough to your liking), mix well & then about 1 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley. Mix well again, cover & then remove your chicken breast to shred. Add your chicken back into the soup along with about 1 & 1/2 cups of cleaned white rice and cover again to cook for another 30 minutes.
