o my ex broke up with me in january this year after 12 years we have been speaking since then but a few days ago, she told me im moving on I want a single life for a while and to love myself. so I've obviously been begging for months now and told her il will wait for however long it takes. but she said please don't and move on I don't have the feelings and I have resentment and I will never go back? do I just go in no contact or just tell them ok hope it works I will move on?

It’s been since end of January. I reached out twice no response. His best friend messaged me wanting to talk. My ex told him it was ok. 😭 I’m not, but I now know he’s over it and he’s not coming back. 😭
