hey!! I just started going to the gym and I love it but I’m curious what your weekly workout split looks like? ☺️personally I go mon-fri & I wanna figure out what exercises you might recommend for arms, back, legs, glutes, & abs which is what I wanna focus on training. But I’d love to know anything else you might do & if you recommend anything else. I’m currently at your before stage which is why I feel like you actually know what it’s like 🥲
