The coolest wedding I’ve ever seen posted was from the user squashprincess on here, because it was so unique in a way where it was clearly chosen out of a love and deep intention for everything. None of it was trending or purposely whimsical or trying too hard, it was however, so beautiful and thoughtful and full of warmth and it’s my favorite wedding I’ve ever seen

My wedding was so cool. 34 people on a vintage yacht sailed out of Chelsea piers at Sunset. Cruised downtown as the bridges and buildings were lighting up. Everyone loved it. We got very lucky with perfect weather as well

As a long time Wedding Planner, the “coolest” weddings are the ones that couples focus on things that feel like them and on bringing people together for a shared experience. It is the one and, likely only, time you’ll have all the people who love you in one place and you should just enjoy every minute of that. I’ve seen stressed brides miss so many special moments by feeling overwhelmed and wanting things to go perfectly. The day will be perfect if you just enjoy the special time with your favorite people.

There’s an old schoolhouse in my city and I emailed them and asked if I could get married in their cafeteria and they said yes so that’s where my wedding will be.

the coolest wedding I went to was one that FULLY leaned into who the brides are. like, it was a queer wedding for an NYC artist and an engineer. it was super DIY and down to earth. you can't manufacture that. coolness has to come from authenticity.
