Dry peptide powder lasts up to a year in the fridge because it has no moisture. But once you mix it, the liquid breaks it down within 2 to 4 weeks, and you can't freeze it because ice crystals will shred and ruin the molecules. please dont listen to this kid.

Is it ok to put bac water (not yet punctured) to fridge? Because it can be really warm in the philippines on summer. Or if i already put it and put it outside the fridge is it still fine?
