So it’s kinda painful but worth it : put your leg on something high and stay in an oversplot for 1 minute(obv you don’t have to touch) repeat that three times and do the same on the other leg and WARM UP BEFORE

on top of regular stretching, do strengthening exercises so that you can maximize your flexibility and have it show in extensions, jumps, etc! just stretching is sometimes not enough

this is SOOO toxic but my dance teacher would tell us to sleep in our splits and have the older girls literally PUSH us down into our splits... till this day i can still do the splits if i stretch good enough
