@thesamplan: WATERMELON PROTEIN GUMMIES!!! one of my favorite recipes of all time bc 1. delicious and 2. they’re 13 calories and 2g protein each- low cal and 61% protein 💪🏼 INGREDIENTS: most of a baby watermelon (3-4 cups?) 1/4 cup sugar substitute 4 tbsp gelatin 2 scoops whey isolate protein (i used clean simple eats sour candy watermelon flavor bc it’s TOOO on the nose - isolates work best for this ..just don’t use vegan protein!!!) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. blend watermelon and strain out any seeds (not necessary, but can be helpful depending on how seedy your watermelon is!) 2. add gelatin in a thin layer to the top and set aside for 5-10 minutes to bloom 3. whisk over low to medium heat until mixture goes from thick to thin 4. add sweetener and protein 5. once combined, pour into molds and let set in the fridge for 1-2 hrs 6. remove from molds once set and top with vitamin c (for sour) or sweetener of choice! 7.
