I wish someone explained this sooner 😅 I spent years buying products that made my hair look better for one day and then right back to dry and brittle after the next wash. It was so frustrating. At the same time I was dealing with bloating, low energy and feeling uncomfortable in my own body. Then a woman in a wellbeing group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I ended up losing 30 lbs, feeling amazing and finally getting my confidence back. Worth it. Feels like information more women should know.
