SKL, baliktad situation namin ng brother ko. ako yung nagpadala sa kanya thru goods and services. and then, na-permanently banned yung account nya and cannot do any kind of transactions. inipit ng Payp@l yung money nya. so ang ginawa ko, nagrequest for a refund ako sa kanya. Then nagnotif sa kanya si Payp@l na I requested for a refund and if no action si brother until Aug 09, Payp@l will take action in favor of me. Since wala din namang any transactions allowed gawin brother ko (maski mag refund, hindi pwede), sabi ko sa kanya, yaan lang natin till Aug 09 and see what will happen. So come Aug 10, nakareceive nako ng notif na yung perang pinadala ko sa brother ko will be mobed back sa bank acct ko within 3-5 banking days. after 2 days, nakabalik na sakin yung money. Then pinadala ko ulit sa brother ko thru Wise. Never again sa Payp@l.
