I worked in IT. One guy specifically would fall for every single phishing attempt. But he reported his phishing training as phish.

Our department collectively yells out loud to not open the email we just got 😂 Our company sends out a shame email and lists everyone who opened it. 😂

Girl I have the opposite problem. They’ll send emails that are like “pick your free gift” and it’ll look like the most suspicious email you’ve ever seen in your life. Then 2 weeks later all my coworkers will be talking about the new blender or laptop bag they received and I’m like whoops 😂

I reported one email that had terrible graphics and bad grammar. I got a response- we can see why you think it is, but this one was legit. We’ve asked comms to do better. 🤣

if you never click any emails, you never get fooled. if they ask, tell them it looked like spam so you didn't open it.

in my call center we get those emails once a month. if 5 people fail EVERYONE has to redo the training but those who passed also got a sweet treat. if you work call centers you know that 30 min of training time off phones is gold. every month we would get into our super special side chat and vote who takes the fall and not get the sweet treat so we can all take a break.

The Payroll department sent me an email saying I needed to provide my account info in an app. I reported that as fishing, the IT guy called me on my desk phone asking “Girl do you wanna get paid or not?” We both laughed for like 3 minutes straight, he stayed on the phone with me while I completed the steps because I was still unsure
