she asked him if he needed help. He said yes and she assisted him in eating. consent for receiving help from restaurant employee by consumer. the manager was was not compassionate and overreacted. my opinion

Good for her !! It was given to HER for being kind , respectful & it probably made the restaurant look good.. but I’d sue everyone wage theft, wrongful termination .. glad she went to an attorney .. restaurants especially big chain the quality, quantity, tipping culture.. the waitress that was so sweet for her to help him
