don’t worry how long it happens gradually, focus on spinal flexion (decline weighted crunches or cable crunches) whilst progressively overloading, eat at maintenance or slight deficit with high protein and you will get there (i genuinely thought i didn’t have abs before this and it worked so well for me😭)

5-6 months. No need to do it faster. Do enough abs workouts, keep a good diet , no an aggressive cut. No need for fast results if later on you won’t be able to maintain the look❤️

like 6 months... 3months if you aggressively cut junk (processed carbs, fried foods, sugars, seed oils etc) out of your diet and switch to an anti-inflammatory diet

longer than u think. less if u start training them heavy and weighted now. cable crunches to failure. 500 cal deficit. you’re set. keep carbs high. i’d say 3 months

Depends on you diet. Adipose tissue (where we store fat) in the abdomen loves to just hold on to it. So if you’re eating good with a ab workout you will results pretty quick!
