There are basically three categories: Natural Sugars — sucrose (table sugar), glucose, fructose (fruit sugar), and lactose (milk sugar). Artificial Sweeteners — aspartame, sucralose, and saccharin. These are man-made and typically don’t raise blood sugar. Some studies have raised concerns about possible long-term health effects, which is why some people choose to avoid them. Natural Sweeteners — monk fruit and stevia. These come from natural sources, taste sweet, and generally don’t raise blood sugar. Here’s what happens in the body: Natural sugar: Blood sugar goes up, insulin is released, and your cells use the sugar for energy. Over time, too much sugar and excess calories can contribute to insulin resistance and eventually Type 2 diabetes. Artificial sweeteners: Usually don’t raise blood sugar, but some people avoid them because research is still ongoing regarding potential health effects. Natural sweeteners: Usually don’t raise blood sugar and currently appear to be a good alternative for many people. Personally, if I had to make a “healthier Kool-Aid,” I’d choose monk fruit. I already use monk fruit in my everyday life. And one last thing: drinking fruit juice is not the same as eating whole fruit. The fiber is in the pulp and skin. Cane sugar or coconut sugar can be used with pineapple apple strawberries cherry raspberry lemon and orange juice blended up strained then add ur sugar and put the juice u made to or u can just leave out the sugar and drink the koolaid that u made from fresh fruit

hold up the kool aid she using don't need the sugar just add more powder kool aid cause it has the sugar in it already ( sometimes I do add if I don't want to use all the powder) The one u have to add sugar for sure are the little packets of Kool aid
