I'm a silent follower Kaitlin but I have a heal out lout approach in the form of blogging. I've learned over the years that when we heal out loud, in all its uncomfyness, it can only meet people where they are at with their own healing journey. And so it triggers a lot of people. Every complaint, every projection, every judgement ... it's all just people's reactions based on what they themselves can process or comprehend or even feel. It's just that. Projections. Projection is self protection from being uncomfortable. KEEP GOING. Keep healing. Keep finding yourself on this journey. And know that PAIN is because you FEEL. Feeling is a super power 🥰
