HEALTHY BANANA BREAD 🍌 This banana bread tastes like your classic favorite but so healthy & nourishing! Perfect for breakfast, preworkout, or anytime snack. Easy to make, soft, moist, and packed with protein. MACROS (for one piece, 1/9 of loaf) 158 Calories | 8g protein | 23g carbs | 4.6g fat INGREDIENTS - 300g ripe banana (about 3 bananas) - 3 eggs - 1 tbsp vanilla - *optional* 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup if you like sweeter bread - 160g or 2 cups oat flour (regular oats are okay) - 2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda - pinch of salt - few dashes of cinnamon - 1 scoop (31 g) protein powder My favorite is @PEScience !! *If you don’t have protein powder add 20g more of oat flour* - 1/4 cup chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS 1. Add bananas to a bowl, mash well 2. Add eggs & vanilla to banana and mix, add sweetener (if using) 3. Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and protein powder (if using) and mix well 4. Add in chocolate chips, mix again 5. Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment or lightly grease pan 6. Spread mix evenly into pan, top with a few extra chocolate chips if you’d like 7. Bake @350 for 30-35 minutes 8.
