Snap and relax the arms. Focus on body rotation for power. Highly recommend getting a gym though before starting any of this. Once you keep drilling Bad technique and habits, it’ll take extra work to remove those bad habits. Better to start slow and understand the technique.

unc guard and footwork remember your opponent hits back ... slow it down fully extend your arms and focus on your breathing .. footwork and guard slow it down its the key to boxing sir been a fan years from the uk love bro ❤️

Shadow boxing is good cardio! Definitely a fat burner! Advice? Hold the phone whenever you let the opposite hand fly..aka guard the base of your jaw…The hook should generate from the hip..That’s where the power lives! Practice jabs and straights off center line even hooks..Basically throwing combos on the back foot instead of going forward…Keep your head off center line! You probably should practice just moving around without throwing in combos.. slip, sway, dip, bob and mf weave!🤣 You got this brother!

Keep your punches tight and don’t swing your arms. Punch should start from the feet, rotate the force into your hips, and punch comes last using the momentum of your hips
