I never gained the weight back because my appetite just got smaller from being on a deficit for so long & I naturally just eat healthy majority of the time. You just get used to it & can estimate kinda!

Yes I do calorie tracking on and off to get a feel for how many calories are in the meals I eat most of the time. And helps to know how full I feel at a certain amount of total calories. Or to troubleshoot. But not every day

I do use my fitness plan to let me know what my sugar limit is. I started drinking full sugar soda again because diet doesn’t sit well in my stomach. My fitness pal says I have 57g of sugar and my soda can has 39g. Girl math ☺️

I have. I’m good at maintenance but suck at cutting. And I had 3 babies so that’s how I gained weight back and had to cut again 🤷🏻♀️but my normal few pound fluctuations I don’t need to track to realize I’ve been indulging too much and need to reign it in or to reign it in.
