Even after napping age, we do quiet time for 60-90 mins. All goods to their rooms to read/play silently. Everyone gets a good mental reset and the baby gets a quiet house for a nap

I think something mandatory would be a 45min to 1 hr rest time no matter the age.. each kid could pick a movie and have forts in the living room?would be like a star chart or chore chart? Be helpful
