I enjoy doing sets with the 10s at the end of my workout for a couple songs that are at least 3-7 minutes long. you don't go for reps, you go till the end of the song and keep with the tempo

What would you recommend for the weight amount for a woman? If typically would do 10-12 reps with 15s ..

Muscle Fatigue. Or failure. The inability to no longer contract the muscle. That’s the whole point. Engaging the most muscle sarcomeres (fibers hooks like Velcro) and letting them basically rip out causing “injury” and it’s the repair of that injured sarcomere is the growth or gained muscle.
