as a legal gun owner even if someone were to put their hands on me and shove me in no way whatsoever does that mean I can pull my gun and use deadly force, it's not justified. same principle applies with any weapon. when it comes to using deadly force there's a thing called fight or flight and he was able to walk away without harm so there was no reason for deadly force.
