Once you start your GLP-1 the healthy eating habits will come naturally. However, it will be really hard to eat because you won't be hungry, which is why the protein and fiber are so important! You got this friend!!

I would also say try to get your fiber in too and lots of water. If you can do that shake do it, because your appetite will be GONE, so 72grams from 1 shake will set you up for success! TMI, but you will struggle with going to the restroom, so don’t forget the fiber especially with all this extra protein. I’m 20lbs down

Nope can’t do that thick drink lol! But I can drink 3 of these, probably less calories also. Easy way for drinks and snacks is add a 0 to the protein and it shouldn’t be more calories. So if your drink has 20g of protein, it should be 200 or less calories.
