Flatbread/ Naan Recipe 1 cup warm milk 2 cups warm water 3 tbsp olive oil 15g baking powder 7g yeast 1 kilogram flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt Optional: butter for later In a large bowl, mix all the wet ingredients along with the yeast. Pour in the flour and the rest of the dry ingredients and mix them with a spoon and then kneed lightly. Cover and leave aside. Once the dough rises, optionally oil up your hands and kneed the dough once again. Cover and leave aside to rise fully. Once it has risen fully, separate it into equal amounts and roll out balls. Preheat the oven to max temperature (top and bottom heating). Keep the dough balls covered while you work on them individually, flattening, shaping and dimpling the dough with your fingers. Lay the shaped bread onto the bread pillow and slap it on the hot oven tray. Bake at max temperature until golden and beautiful. Optionally, you may take the bread out halfway through baking and spread some butter on bread and pop it back into the oven to complete baking. Repeat the process with all the dough balls.
