Heat olive oil in a large one-pot over medium heat. 2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same pot, add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, dried basil, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer. 5. Add the uncooked pasta to the sauce. Stir to coat the pasta in the sauce. 6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes. 7. Return the cooked shrimp to the pot and stir to combine. 8.
