save yourself some headaches and have the customer lay measuring device or if they don't have that then something that has a standard size and use that as a measuring device. Have him send that pic to you. This way you'll never be surprised.

something I learned i had my own lawn care business for 7 years when I started I would have taken any job lower prices then everyone else. the second year one of my competitors got hurt couldn't work he called me if I'd take some of his customers i did still lower rates. the following year some went back to him even though his rates were hire then anyone else. if you have certain rates unless you're truly struggling dont lower your rates
