To me Naruto's best friend is Shikamaru. the show says it's Sasuke . But to me, it was alway Shikamaru .When the whole village looked at Naruto like a curse. Shikamaru looked at him like a human. No prophecy, no destiny, no dramatic rivalry... just a boy quietly sitting beside another boy the world had abandoned Sasuke gave Naruto pain to chase... but Shikamaru gave him a reason to stay alive.
