Thanks for advise champ 🙏🏽. I’ve trained with a run walk strategy of 1min walk every 3km and that would roughly coincide with the water points 🤞🏾. Any hill 1min walk and 1min run. I have gone to a point in my training where I did not stop my watch when I needed a bathroom break just to train my mind to remember that time keeps moving at comrades, it doesn’t stop

I used to camp at water points but now I have thought myself to grab and move and I realized that it saves me so much time. I've been running sub 7's on my favorite Loskop Ultra but this year I ran a sub 6. YOU are on point Champ

Definitely I normally chase my team mates, the drink while running or walking then I take the bottle. by 4 pm my watch will have clicked over 45km😂😂.
