Did you take both lovenox and baby aspirin? I was told to stop baby aspirin as soon as I start lovenox, but someone else told me to take both

Same thing here!! I had 3 losses last year. I had a history of clotting but OB didn’t want me to start a thinner until I was in the second trimester. Once I connected with an REI they started me on lovenox right away! Baby girl due end of November 💕💉🌈

I have had 4 missed miscarriages. My 7 week scans always show my pregnancy stopping at around 5 weeks to 5 weeks 5 days. My last one was with an IVF perfect chromosome embryo but still got stuck at 5 weeks 5 days. Never seen a heartbeat. Always a yolk sac. I am currently on aspirin while we try to conceive and then the plan is to add lovenox at a positive test. These stories of hope give me the courage to continue so thank you for sharing ♥️

Our stories are so very similar 🤍 I also had 3 miscarriages. Did testing after the second and had elevated lupus labs, but I also got pregnant before getting to test again 12 weeks later. Lost that pregnancy as well, got my labs retested, and was diagnosed with APS. I recently found out I was pregnant and started the lovenox and baby aspirin immediately. I’m trying to fully surrender to God and have been praying for peace. It’s so hard to not be anxious, but it’s comforting knowing someone else knows exactly what I’m going through. We had our 2nd miscarriage about 2 weeks ago and had testing done the week after. We just got results yesterday and my igm was at a 22. Even though its on the low positive end I'm hoping its enough for them to decide to have me start baby aspirin while ttc and possibly lovenox once we get another positive

I have a very similar story! We had 2 back to back both missed miscarriages one with heartbeat but faint and the first no heartbeat. I did genetic testing after the second but they are saying everything is “normal.” I have my follow up appt Tuesday - any suggestions for questions to ask?

I had 2 back to back losses and my labs came back positive for APS. I saw an endocrinologist about it and she said while my labs show I have it I don’t qualify for an “official” diagnosis because I’ve had 2 losses instead of 3. I don’t think I deserve to suffer another loss before receiving proper care for the APS. Very frustrating for me!

Three losses for me this year too and one last year. I have a follow up Obgyn appointment the 12th so this showed up perfect timing. I’m gonna see if we can do this too.

Thank you for sharing your story! Truly the first I have read that feels similar to what I have been going through. Found out I was pregnant at the end of January, had my first missed miscarriage in April, found out baby stopped growing at 10 weeks… advocated for myself with my doctor to run a thyroid panel alongside other bloodwork. Came back positive for possible hashimotos / lupus. Waiting for my endocrinologist visit at the end of August 🥺 ❤️🩹 wanting to wait on trying to conceive again until I know more about my body 🙏🏼

This hits home with me. I have one daughter who will be 3 in July. I have had 3 back to back miscarriages. Last one was December 18,2025 at 23. I have done so many labs and imaging for it to all say normal. I so badly want to try again but I don’t know if my heart can handle another loss.

We got pregnant end of December. I was told my progesterone was low from the beginning so i took that immediately, found out at 9 week (first appt) that there was no heartbeat. Was told we could try again immediately, found out March 20th we were pregnant again, but miscarried 3 days later. Did a blood panel again, was told I have some blood clotting disorder. Was told to take baby aspirin (been on for 1 month) and will take lovenox & progesterone as soon as I get a positive as well!! We’re trying again in a few weeks and praying hard baby sticks!! Your story is similar to mine & praying these medications help like it did yours. Praying for you and baby as well!!!

Can I ask why Lovenox would help? We just lost our baby at 8 weeks 5 days. I have a blood clotting disorder and am usually on Lovenox after my first appt. I wonder if being on it sooner would have mattered.

I just lost mine last night 💔 and I'm devastated. 3rd loss and I'm just so done. literally done. I lose them at 8 weeks every time. so over it. I believe in God but why he blesses you then takes it away I will never understand. miscarriage is so brutal physically and emotionally

This sounds like me. Except I miscarried again after APS dx and lovenox. Then tried lovenox at conception until I was pregnancy on pregnancy 5, and numbers were rising and looking hopeful but then ectopic. Realized my fibroid was pushing on fallopian tubes. Now recovering from myomectomy and can try again next month. Praying it all works this time
