You’re the first person I’ve ever heard say Oura has good customer service 😭 I’ve had an oura ring for a few years and no they do not. Personally I don’t think a $100 off code is enough when we also pay a monthly membership. The membership should at a minimum include extended warranties and better trade in offers to justify the cost when the hardware has so many problems.

girl you should’ve pushed back on them. SAME thing happened to me. i explained that $100 was not enough with the ring being 500 and a monthly fee so they gave me $200 and said that was the max

I did this a few weeks ago before they announced the 5 and they sent me a brand new gold Oura 4. I bought the Oura 5 and sold the Oura 4 for $200 on marketplace yesterday.

I had real issues with the battery under 6m and they gaslit me that it was fine. I had to double back and try again when it got even worse and finally had someone replace it. And they’ll only do this one. Given that it’ll likely give out again soon, it’s doesn’t seem worth it. I won’t replace once it’s dead.

That’s not what happened to me. I had an old ring (gen 3) which was about 2,5 year sold and they just sent me a 4 for free. But also please don’t abuse the system or they’ll stop.

I contacted them to see if the nurse discount would be eligible on the 5 and they wouldn’t give me an answer. Not wanting to buy and then them include it a week later. They were super helpful to me.
