I've always fidgeted with things, found myself tapping my fingers or feet even before I knew it was stimming. since unmasking and letting myself stim, I've found myself rocking or swaying, have a vocal stim of making trumpet noises or humming, dancing when I'm alone, I found playing piano to be massively regulating.
