Tiramisu brownies 🍫☕️✨ Brownie layer: 1/2 cup browned butter (113g) 2/3 cup brown sugar (50g) 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar (180g) 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2/3 cup flour (80g) 1 tsp instant espresso powder 1/3 cup cocoa powder (35g) 1/4 tsp salt Dark chocolate chunks (as much as u like) Tiramisu filling: 1 3/4 cup heavy cream (215g) 1 cup mascarpone cheese (250g) 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g) 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup espresso or strong coffee Lady fingers Brown the butter and let it cool slightly so it’s not hot. Mix it with both sugars, then add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until light and fluffy. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt, then fold everything together gently. Fold in dark chocolate chunks. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until the edges are set and the center stays fudgy. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the mascarpone, powdered sugar and vanilla & mix again. Dip the lady fingers into the espresso and layer them over the cooled brownie.
